1. How long does the conversion process take? Videotapes to DVD transfer 5 business days. Movie film to DVD transfer 14 business days. 2.Do you support tapes in both NTSC and PAL video tapes? We support both NTSC and PAL formats. Please call our office for PAL transfer pricing. 3.Can I edit the DVD's on my computer? Yes, you will need Final Cut Pro or another video editing program that will allow you to import a .VOB file. You can also order a MPEG 2 file of your footage at a additional charge. Please call us for current rates. 4. Do you have a rush service? Yes, for videotapes to DVD transfer only. Same day service +200% . Next day service + 100% ..Please call first. 5. Can I drop off my tapes & films in person? No, we are a service company and do not have retail drop off. If your order is $250 & up we will send a driver to pick up your media usually the next day. If your order is less than $250, we will schedule an appointment when we have multiple clients in your area. You are always welcome to FEDEX them to us, please let us know. 6. What methods of payment do you accept? We accept Check or Cash. 7. How much movie film can a DVD hold? A DVD can hold 1600 feet (2hours) of Super 8 & Regular 8MM film or 3200 feet (2 hours) of 16MM film.
