Video to DVD & Hard Drive transfer 2~4 business days. Movie film to DVD transfer 10~14 business days..

2. Do you support tapes in both NTSC and PAL?
At this time, we only support NTSC formats.

3. What Film & Video Formats do you support?
We transfer Super 8, 8MM, 16MM Films. We transfer VHS,S-VHS,VHS-C,MiniDV,Hi8, 8MM, Digital8 & 3/4" Umatic.

4. What Slide & Negative films & prints do you scan?
We can scan 35MM slides & negatives as well as 126 & 110 film. We scan prints up to 11x14 inches.

5 . Do you have a rush service & Video Tape Repair?
Same day service +200% . Next day service + 100% ..Please call us to schedule it. Video Tape repair charge $30

6. Can I drop off my tapes & films in person?
No, we are a service company and do not have retail drop off. If your order is $250 & up we will send a driver
to pick up your media usually the next day. If your order is less than $250, we charge a pickup & delivery fee.

7. What methods of payment do you accept & do you have a minimum on tape transfers?
We accept Check, Cash & Credit Cards via Paypal +3% (Paypal Fee) Minimum Tape order is $50

8. How much movie film can a DVD hold, and is there a minimum charge?
A DVD can hold 1600 feet of Super 8 film or 3200 feet of 16MM film. We have a $250 minimum on film transfers.
